Return and Refund policy

 

Within 7 days along with the tags in its original box packing along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange size on the invoice. You may also mail us on www.loveknots.in for the same.

Return will be done in 7 working days.
Refund will done in 7 workings to  bank account or original payment method.

We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your items for another size then you may return them at:

Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
  undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make – up or tan marks

*Altered / Customised outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
*We do not entertain returns on customised pieces.
